How to Set up Acekard 2i/AK 2i for DSi/ DS Lite

Acekard 2i card is compatible with Nintendo 3DS XL/LL, DSi & DSi XL, DS Lite and Nintendo DS. At present, it can support the 3DS V4.3.0 and DSi V1.44. AK 2i was a very popular flash card as you can launch games, run applications and play media directly with it.

If you want to buy an Acekard 2i for your DSi XL/LL or DS Lite and you are not sure how to set up Acekard 2i, here is some tips for you:

First, go to the download part of Acekard 2i official site: http://www.acekard.com/download.php.

Second, download its latest software AKAIO 1.9.0 for your Acekard 2i.

Third, unzip the file and copy the  “_aio” and “akmenu4.nds” and paste them on the root directory of your Micro SD/SDHC card.

Forth, create a file for your nds roms and also put the file into your into the root directory of your Micro SD/SDHC card.

After that, you can eject your Micro SD card and insert it into your Ackeard 2i. Then put your Acekard flash card into your DSi/DS lite console. Turn your console on. Then you can enjoy your games.

Note: We recommend backup your files and use the professional tool to format your MicroSD card before update AKAIO if you have any trouble when using AKAIO.
