E3 Flasher now can downgrade the OFW of PS3
from 4.46 to 3.55, as well as 4.45, 4.41, 4.40, 4.30, 4.21 to 3.55. E3 Flasher
has 3 save modes and it can save date in TF, NOR FLASH on board and PC HD. It
is dual boot.
